We are happy to assist you with the self check-in instructions for your stay. Please follow the details carefully – we’ll guide you step by step. If you have any questions or need further information, don’t hesitate to ask.
CHECK-IN TIME is from 3:00 PM onwards. The self check-in option allows you to arrive according to your travel schedule, as long as it is after the official check-in time.
To complete the check-in process, it is legally required that the person who made the booking (usually the main guest or the one who will physically enter the apartment) provides a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or identity card) through the booking platform.
IMPORTANT: If no ID is provided, THE RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELED ON THE SAME DAY WITHOUT NOTICE. It is a legal obligation to submit your ID before arrival. Any failure to do so will be your responsibility.
To speed up the check-in process, you can also send your documents directly to the check-in manager, Olga, via WhatsApp at +39 379 163 6040.
Please remember to indicate the name of the apartment, the booking date, and attach the required documents.
The correct address is Via Aurelia 24.
The building is located on the main road, Via Aurelia.

To access the garage, you need to go around the building. It is located at the back and is the second garage unit from the building entrance
To open the garage door, please insert the key and turn it, then turn the handle and lift the door upward.
The apartment is located on the second floor.
You can take the elevator up.
When you exit the elevator, you will find a long corridor: turn right and the apartment is the first door on the right.
Please do not leave anything outside. The neighbors have complained about items being left out.

CHECK-OUT TIME is at 10:00 AM.
To complete the check-out, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you have taken all your personal belongings.
- Check that all lights and appliances are turned off.
- If possible, leave the apartment tidy.
- Take out the trash.
- Return the KEYS to the same lockbox from which they were collected during self check-in.
