CHECK-IN TIME is from 3:00 PM (15:00) onwards. The self check-in option allows you to arrive according to your travel schedule while respecting the designated check-in time.
To complete your check-in, it is legally required for the person who made the reservation (usually the booker or the guest physically entering the apartment) to provide a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or ID card) through the reservation platform.
IMPORTANT: If no ID is provided, YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELED ON THE SAME DAY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. According to legal requirements, guests must present a valid identification document at the time of check-in. Failure to comply with this requirement will be your responsibility. To expedite the check-in process, you can send the documents directly to the registration manager, Olga, via WhatsApp at +39 379 163 6040.
Please make sure to include the name of the apartment, the date of the reservation, and the required documents.
The address is Via Torino 11.
The box contains the keys for the car gate, the main entrance to the condominium, and the apartment. The small pedestrian gate doesn’t require a key – it opens without one.
The code is 2007.
To open the gate
Main entry
Parking is available if there are free spaces within the condominium area. If there are no available spots, you can unload your luggage and park on the street nearby. If a space becomes available later, you are welcome to move your car onto the property. Please note that I cannot guarantee that a parking space will always be available.
The apartment is located on the second floor. When you exit the elevator, turn left; the apartment is the door on the right at the end of the corridor.

CHECK-OUT TIME is at 10:00 AM. To complete the check-out, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you have collected all your belongings.
- Ensure that all lights and appliances are turned off.
- If possible, leave the apartment tidy.
- Please take out the trash.
- Return the KEYS to the same box where you retrieved them during self check-in.
We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the building and the neighbors.
Our neighborhood is very calm and residential.
