CHECK-IN TIME is from 3:00 PM (15:00) onwards. The self check-in option allows you to arrive according to your travel schedule while respecting the designated check-in time.
To complete your check-in, it is legally required for the person who made the reservation (usually the booker or the guest physically entering the apartment) to provide a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or ID card) through the reservation platform.
IMPORTANT: If no ID is provided, YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELED ON THE SAME DAY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. It is mandatory by law to present the identification document before arriving at the destination. Failure to comply with this requirement will be your responsibility. To expedite the check-in process, you can send the documents directly to the registration manager, Olga, via WhatsApp at +39 379 163 6040.
Please make sure to include the name of the apartment, the date of the reservation, and the required documents.

On the right of the gate you can find a safebox with the key.

Use the small key to open the gate.
To open the gate, it is important to direct one of the sensors towards one of the sensor columns.
After passing through the automatic gate, continue along the road until you reach the front of the building.
The main entrance.
A magnetic key is required to enter the main door.
Once you enter the building, turn right and take the elevator to the second floor. Upon reaching the floor, turn left.
You will find the lift on the right side once inside the building. The apartment is on 5th floor, N510.
To exit the property, you need to press a button along the path to the gate, which will open automatically.
Attention!
Please note that the pool is open from June 17th to September 17th with the following hours: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM. The pool is closed on Wednesdays.
Outside of these hours, use of the pool is prohibited.
Please remember that wearing a swim cap is mandatory.

CHECK-OUT TIME is at 10:00 AM. To complete the check-out, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you have collected all your belongings.
- Ensure that all lights and appliances are turned off.
- If possible, leave the apartment tidy.
- Please take out the trash.
- Return the KEYS to the same box where you retrieved them during self check-in.
Parking:
The apartment does not have private parking.
On the premises, there is a parking lot with rotation, where you can leave your car, but no longer than 4 hours. It is located opposite the entrance to the gate. You have enough time to unload your luggage.
There are free parking spaces nearby the apartment.
During the high season (June-September), finding free parking spots can be challenging. The best option is to park in the first available paid spot and, at the end of the day, move your car to search for a free parking spot. Paid parking rates can vary from €1 to €2 per hour and typically apply from 08:00 to 20:00.
INFORMATION NOTICE: Parking spots are divided into three categories based on the color of the lines:
- Blue lines: Paid parking.
- White lines: Free parking.
- Yellow lines: Reserved parking for hotels, restaurants, police, etc.
In Bordighera, there are several large parking areas that can be useful. Here are some of them:
- Piazza del Popolo Parking: Located in the city center, close to major attractions. It offers both paid and free parking spots, but finding a free spot can be challenging during the high season.
- Via Vittorio Emanuele Parking: Near the Bordighera train station, convenient for those traveling by train. It offers both paid and free parking options.
- Via Roma Parking: A large parking area in the old town, convenient for visiting shops and restaurants.
- Lungomare Argentina Parking: Located along the seafront, ideal for beachgoers and seaside strolls. This is a paid parking area, but it is conveniently located for seaside activities.
- Via Cavour Multi-story Parking: A multi-level parking facility providing a large number of spaces and conveniently located for access to the city center and shopping areas.
